The Big Picture Must Always Stay In Focus
Our purpose is to improve upon existing DoD intelligence analysis systems that support multi-INT, multi-sensor data collection and fusion, the Tactical Collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (TCPED) process, and the Target Recognition process that provides input to the Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) and Common Operational Picture (COP).

1) Are deeply involved with key Intel organizations.
2) Understand organization’s short-term and long-term objectives.
3) Identify current organization’s operational shortfalls.
4) Analyze existing capabilities that mitigate current gaps and satisfy objectives.
5) Engineer, design, develop and test proposed capabilities.
6) Develop Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) mitigating capability gaps.
7) Propose TTPs and developed systems to Intel organizations.
